(April 3, 2025) – Noridian Healthcare Solutions, LLC (Noridian), a leader in developing healthcare administrative solutions has announced Karla Isley will become the new Senior Vice President of Customer Relations. In this role, she will lead efforts to enhance the customer experience, strengthen partnerships and deliver service excellence across the organization’s contracts and business lines.
Isley has held several key leadership roles within Noridian including Vice President of Strategy and Innovation, Vice President of Project Management and Vice President of Contract Administration. However, most recently she served as the president and CEO of United Way of Cass Clay, where she successfully strengthened community partnerships, expanded donor engagement and grew revenue to increase community impact. Her expertise in strategic leadership, customer engagement, contract administration and corporate planning will be instrumental in advancing Noridian’s customer relations strategy.

Isley holds a bachelor’s degree in health management from University of Minnesota and a master’s certificate in government contracting from George Washington University School of Business in Washington, D.C. Additionally she has more than 15 years of professional experience in the Medicare environment.
