SCOPE
This policy applies to all Noridian employees and Contingent Workers.
OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE:
This document explains Noridian’s Quality Policy and how quality is supported across the organization. Our Quality Management System (QMS) is the way we work together to deliver reliable, high‑quality services, meet requirements, and continually improve how we do our jobs.
The QMS helps ensure that our processes are consistent, issues are identified and addressed, and improvements are made across all lines of business.

Noridian Healthcare Solutions, LLC is committed to delivering consistent, high‑quality services that meet or exceed customer, statutory, and regulatory requirements. Quality and continual improvement are part of how we make decisions and perform our work every day.
Our Quality Policy reflects Noridian’s Values and Strategic Pillars and helps guide our goals, priorities, and improvement efforts.
Every employee and Contingent Worker plays a role in quality by:
- Following established processes and procedures
- Completing work accurately and on time
- Identifying issues, risks, or opportunities for improvement
- Supporting continuous improvement in daily work
Quality is not a separate activity — it is part of how we do our jobs.
