Jon Bogenreif is the chief executive officer at Noridian Healthcare Solutions and has been in this role since 2020 when he was named CEO-Elect. Bogenreif provides executive leadership and direction to achieve Noridian’s strategic and operational goals, diversifies the organization’s business activities, provides stability in a fast-changing environment, enhances Noridian’s performance and visibility, as well as establishes Noridian as a leader in developing solutions for federal, state and commercial health care programs.

Laura Werk is the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer at Noridian Healthcare Solutions. Werk joined Noridian in 2021 as Vice President of Finance and was later promoted to senior leadership.
Werk has strong business acumen across financial and operations management and specializes in strategic budgeting and streamlining business operations.

Cathy Benoit is the Senior Vice President of Customer Relations at Noridian Healthcare Solutions and has been in this role since 2023. Benoit has over three decades of experience in health care, and over twenty of those years was working for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) where she led many high-profile initiatives. Given her in-depth experience, Benoit brings a commitment to ensuring the success of Noridian’s government programs. She joined Noridian in 2022 as the vice president of customer experience.

Todd Knain is the Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer at Noridian Healthcare Solutions and has served as CIO since 2017. Knain oversees all information technology and system security activities for Noridian. He collaborates with other senior leaders at Noridian to tailor and deliver IT, security and support services based on Noridian’s organizational strategy.
Knain began his tenure with Noridian in April 2003 as a tech support intern. During his time at Noridian, Knain has spent 15 years in information technology. He specializes in large-scale IT leadership as well as business and strategic development.

Troy Aswege is Senior Vice President of Operations at Noridian Healthcare Solutions. He has been in this role since 2014 and brings over 30 years of health care administration experience to Noridian. Aswege is responsible for overall operations, business unit supervision, management and performance. He works to position Noridian’s business units to support growth, while consistently meeting production and quality metrics.

Woody Barela is the senior vice president, chief growth officer at Noridian Healthcare Solutions and has been in this role since 2021. Barela has been with Noridian since 2016 and has over 25 years of experience successfully growing health care, technology and government services businesses.
Barela specializes in strategic planning, business development, product development and marketing services for the health care and population health management industry. He has worked with organizations across the health care ecosystem including government payers, health insurers, hospitals, physicians and pharmaceutical companies.

Sandell is responsible for moving Noridian’s strategic plan forward and ensuring Noridian operates optimally to achieve strategic planning goals.
